We would like to clarify our position regarding indexing.
Indexing is completely beyond our control. As publishers and editors, we do not have any authority or influence over whether or when a published article is indexed by any database or service.
Therefore, we cannot make any guarantees or commitments about if or when a published work will be included in any indexing system.
In simple terms, indexing is not part of our publishing operations.
We sincerely hope all authors understand this situation and set their expectations accordingly.
