2025 Special Publishing Waiver for Top-Cited Researchers
We are pleased to announce a publishing incentive for the academic and research community as part of our ongoing commitment to excellence in scholarship. For the year 2025, we are offering the following benefit:
Full Waiver of Article Processing Charges (APC)All research articles submitted and accepted in 2025 will be eligible for a 100% waiver of APC if either the corresponding author or a co-author is recognized among the top 2% of most-cited scientists worldwide, according to the most recent Stanford/Elsevier citation database or a similarly recognized index.
Expanded Eligibility – Based on Citation Rankings from the Past Three YearsAuthors included in any of the Stanford/Elsevier global top 2% citation rankings published in 2022, 2023, or 2024 will be considered eligible.
Eligibility Criteria:-
Submission Period: Manuscripts must be submitted between July 1, 2025, and December 31, 2025.

Citation Recognition: The corresponding author or any co-author must be listed in the top 2% of most-cited researchers, based on the 2022, 2023, or 2024 editions of a recognized citation index (e.g., Stanford/Elsevier).

Proof of Eligibility: A valid certificate or documentation showing inclusion in the global citation rankings (e.g., from Elsevier, Stanford, or Scopus) must be submitted at the time of manuscript submission.

Waiver Conditions:

The APC waiver will be granted after acceptance, and is applicable only to manuscripts that have successfully passed peer review and editorial approval.

Each eligible top 2% author may receive the APC waiver for only one accepted paper during the 2025 incentive period, regardless of the number of submissions or co-authorships.
