Our statement about indexing
Indexing is completely beyond our control. As publishers (or editors), we have no control over whether or not a published document gets indexed. As a result, we make no promises about when or if a published work will be covered/indexed in a certain database. Simply said, indexing is not part of our business. We hope that all authors understand the situation. Publication payments are non-refundable unless the paper's publication is canceled for our reasons.
